It’s Just A Ride

Dreams, hopes, and humanity. The students of the Saint Cassian Chamber Choir had hopes and dreams of what their lives could be like and all show how much they wish they could be saved. Each student is different in their hopes and dreams. I wanted the lighting for each student’s song to reflect that. Over the course of the show we see them connect with each other and realize they aren’t so different from one another. By grounding each scene after their songs in the same look, it grounded the audience back to reality and connected each individual’s songs to each other. This show is a ride and I wanted the lighting to reflect the journey of the students and of humans in life.
