WVU Children’s Hospital Gala

The WVU Children’s Hospital Gala is an annual fundraiser for the WVU Children’s Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia and the surrounding communities that they serve. The 2023 theme was Gilded Glamor. For this event I was the associate lighting designer, programmer, and drafter. Leading up to the event, we transformed a ballroom into magical event full of speakers, an auction, and a dance. I programmed different looks with the lighting designer to go with different songs the band would play, the auction, and the different speakers throughout the night. During the actual event, I was busking between looks and different effects.
